The Fake Gandhi’s

In India, the name of Gandhi family is taken with a lot of respect. 'Father of Nation' Mahatma Gandhi (M.K. Gandhi) is one of the key leaders in the struggle to get the freedom of India. After Independence in 1947, Jawaharlal Nehru takes the oath as the first Prime Minister. Later his daughter Indira Gandhi became the Prime Minister. There were many good and bad things India went thru in her era. After the assassination of Indira, the Gandhi name was taken forward by her son Rajiv Gandhi. Rajiv Gandhi bough many good changes and the people of India praised his work as Prime Minister. In late 80’s elections, he was also assassinated. Then there was a gap in the Indian political history where no Gandhi was directly involved. Then came the era where the leading political party –Congress- start losing the shine and then they approached the Sonia Gandhi (widow of Rajiv Gandhi). Sonia Gandhi, although not willing to join due to past 2 assassination happened in the family. But as the Congress was losing the shine and many veterans congress leaders trying to convince her, then she join the congress party and on their request became one of the key leaders of the party. In the following elections congress fought the elections under the leadership of the Sonia Gandhi. With the emotional wave of Gandhi's assassination and some good work done by Indira and Rajiv, congress was able to make thru the elections and eventually came into the power with collation government. As Sonia is not the natural born citizen of India and still holds the Italy citizenship and so as her children – Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and Rahul Gandhi. There was huge retaliation and opposition from the opposition parties in accepting the Sonia Gandhi as the Prime Minister of the majority elected party (UPA). Eventually Dr. Manmohan Singh (a person with the clean image and economist) was made the Prime Minister.

In last 10 years, under UPA, the country is looted more than Britishers looted India in their 200 years of tenure. UPA government and opposition parties were simply sitting silent and scam after scam hit the country. The inflation hit the country immensely, poorer got poorer and richer got richer. There were many allegations on the opposition political party (NDA/BJP) which are often considered to be in bed with the ruling political party (INC/UPA) - means both the ruling party and opposition parties are together doing the scams and looting the natural resources and public collected taxes through various dummy schemes. As per various government schemes, the money has been sanctioned for the public welfare, but that money never reached to the public and it is only on government documents.

The one of the example is of Amethi, Uttarpradesh - where the ruling party Gandhi scion is Member of Parliament (MP) for last 10 years and Gandhi's hold this seat for more than 3 decades (Amethi constituency election is won by Gandhi family). If we look at the current state of the Amethi, it is lacking hugely in development, literacy, per capita income, infrastructure, education, health care and many other basic amenities like water, road, electricity etc. It appears Amethi is still standing 100 years old India. If this is the condition of the constituency from where the Gandhi family is ruling for last 3 decades, one can understand what they have done to India in the name of so called "Gandhi Surname". They misused the surname and befooled the public of India.

With the 2014 elections on the verge, there were a lot of predictions made by the election gurus that Rahul is going to face defeat. Other main opponents in Amethi are Smriti Irani (representing BJP) and Dr. Kumar Viswas of (representing Aam Aadmi Party (AAP)). Both Smriti and Kumar has bought to the notice of the public and the nation the lack of development, higher illiteracy rate, poverty among people, lack of Healthcare -hospitals, Schools & Colleges in the region and even the non-existence of the basic amenities in Amethi like water, road and electricity. The money shown as welfare funds to be utilize for public and it is only on the government paper; ground reality is something else.

Interestingly so far both the leading parties (Congress & BJP) fight election in collaboration (although they show they are opponents but do the politics of convenience). One party makes other party candidate to win thereby intentionally not making any of their candidates to fight election against other. If at times, they do, they make sure weak candidate is standing against Rahul Gandhi. There were a lot of predictions made by the election gurus that Rahul is going to face defeat. There are bright prospects for the Aam Aadmi Party candidate Dr. Kumar Viswas. As a result Congress is using all their power to win the seat of Amethi thereby using muscle, government machinery, money power [Saam (the process of pacifying), Daam (the process of giving money), Dand (the principle of punishment/attack) and Bhed (the principle of dividing)]. There were many attacks happening on the newly 1.5 years old party leaders. Dr. Kumar Viswas (Amethi seat) is being frequently attacked by the Congress goons. But Election commission is doing nothing – just shut their eyes and ears. Even the Supreme Court of India is mull on the unfairness. There is a conspiracy with the help of government machinery (police and other administration) thereby capturing the election booths and rig the election machines. Rahul Gandhi Congress candidate is using all his powers to harass his opponents.

Rahul's brother-in-law, Robert Vadra, who was disclosed in the Million dollars in lands scam across India. There is no action happened on him and is moving freely with a treatment of a VIP. Gandhi family is trying to save him and the opposition parties is playing the politics of convenience thereby taking no action against him as they are also the joint partner in all the scams. Under Gandhi's leadership party they have looted nation's Coal mines, Natural Gas wells, rivers, Telecom scam, exploit people through imposing alot of new taxes and many other billion dollars scams.

 

There are various questions arises why there was not any development happen in Amethi?, what is Gandhi’s scion doing for last one decade [he is Minister of Parliament (MP) for last 10 years]?, if this is the condition of Amethi how one can expect the Gandhi's lead Congress party (Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi) will do any good for the rest of India? Why Gandhi’s have not made any development in Amethi -so called Nehru Gandhi political dynasty? Does Gandhi’s operating Amethi like the British era of Indian treatment? Is it intentional to keep using Amethi as vote bank but don’t make any progress thereby keeping them backward, with power and money muscle at the time of elections (keep people illiterate, with poor infrastructure, huge unemployment, not even a clean drinking water). Are these new generations are fake Gandhi's who are using the respected surname of 'Father of Nation' Mahatma Gandhi for their benefit? Are these modern generation Gandhi's looting the country unlike the prospering nation dream that father of nation has seen and fought for the freedom of Indians? Does the patriotism of this generation Gandhi is deluded with their greed of power, money and arrogance?

Looking at the ways elections are being fought by the various political parties, one can sense the powerless, ineffective and compromised Election commission (EC) of India. The main role of the EC is to have the fair and free polls, but looking the way the elections happening in various parts of India especially in Amethi and Varanasi [these are the high profile constituencies mainly as the Gandhi scion Rahul Gandhi is fighting the election from Amethi and Narendra Modi - PM Candidate from BJP - fighting election from Varanasi (apart from another seat Vadodra, Gujarat)]. Other main opponents in Amethi are Smriti Irani (representing BJP) and Dr. Kumar Viswas of (representing Aam Aadmi Party (AAP)). No opposition party make their candidate fight against the Rahul Gandhi or if they do, they make sure it is a weak candidate.

Does the India Democratic country, if yes, does India has attain the freedom or the scenario is earlier Indian fight with British for their independence and now they are fighting with exploiting, corrupt, harrasing, dacoit powerful political parties and their leaders who don't want to make India as a peaceful and prospering nation.

Many leaders from the various parties are making the provocative statements and EC take no actions. Media interviews are fixed, parties spending money more than the designated limit, parties openly distributing money to voters to buy their votes, parties misusing the current official positions to win the elections. Even if the EC log any FIR, catch the leaders in distributing money, media interview fixes, other violations, they do nothing. No arrest happens. No actions happen against the TV channels who are compromised as they have received their bones from the respective parties and running the fixed interviews and opinion polls to influence the general public. Only the investigation is postponed after elections are over. Clearly it an ‘eye wash’ and the silence & no action of EC are the big threat to the India’s democracy. The democracy has changed to demon-cracy.

 

Even after knowing all these things, there are many questions arise and It certainly made us think: - 

Why is Election Commission so helpless and ineffective? Why is election commission not taking any actions when they are independent entity? If the elections are compromised then why there is a need for elections? Why Supreme Court of India not taking any action if the Election Commission is ineffective in doing their duty? Why is the President of India not taking any action to keep the democracy of India intact?

If India has to keep their place in the World and to be honoured as one of the biggest democratic country, then these respective institutions has to act swiftly with atmost integrity and honestly. These institutions has to act in the favor of people of India and not in the favor of these greedy powerful and money seeking compromissed political parties which are breaking and twisting the constitution of India for their convenience.

Is Supreme Court Of India a Shop of Crony Capitalist?

The prices of daily usage items has sky rocket since last one and half decade or so in India. Millions of people of India hit hard by it. The underline reason for so much price hike in all sorts of commodities is nexus between corrupt and dishonest politicians and the crony capitalism. Such examples will not be found in any other country of the world where the nexus between politician and these crony capatilist, Telecom spectrum is sold by Government at 150 Thousand Crores and within a week the same spectrum in turn sold by these capitalist buyers at 600 Thousand Crores and more (more than 4-5 times). Isn't this clear conclusive and evident the nexus between the handful of corrupt politicians and the dacoit crony capitalism, both are looting the country and the people of country. If this is called the business, then what is called dacoity. Strangely, Supreme Court of India, after knowing all the facts is mull on this and acting as deaf and blind.

In the recent Reliance Gas scam in vogue; where with the nexus between Ambani brothers and the politicians, the people of the country facing a lot of setbacks for decades and Supreme Court is doing nothing. Does Supreme Court also the Shop of Ambani's?

A person of India want to know, does Ambani’s are bigger than India? Does Ambani’s bigger than Supreme Court? Does Ambani’s bigger than the Constitution of India? Why the Supreme Court is not acting in saving the interest of People of country? Why it is acting as handicap and acting as helpless? Does Supreme Court have no powers to save the people of India from the malpractices prevailing in the country? Isn't that the Supreme Court responsibility to act in the favor of people of India and take the strict measures to punish these crony capitalist? Does the common citizen of India will ever get justice in their own country? Why Supreme Court remains mull when new laws are created to favoring these handfuls of capitalist and sever suffering for the mass? Why is Supreme Court don't take any strict actions against the Indian Banks and the Government which let go the thousands crores of loans of these crony capitalists, while don't tell let go the loans of farmers in the event of drought and famine, which lead them to do suicide? Thousands of farmers do suicide in this country every year because of no accountability of the government, no action of Supreme Court and dacoity of these crony capitalist.

Country like India, where the poor is getting poorer and sustaining each day is getting tougher due to huge price hikes in every commodity. Is there anyone accountable towards them? Who will act in favor of people of India when the Governments are corrupt? Now, as the 2014 elections are approaching, where both the ruling party and opposition parties are spending thousands of crores on election campaign. Who is sponsoring that money? Does these handfuls of crony capitalist behind the money? Why is that this sort of thousands of crores not spent in the welfare of people of India? Why Supreme Court mull in having the audit and thorough investigation on what is the source of this money these parties are spending so lavishly? Why every time when it is the question for the welfare and goodwill for the people of India, why government acts as they have no money? Why lakhs of crores were given as subsidies to big business houses when negligible subsidies were given to 1.2 billion people of India?

Supreme Court of India has to give answers to the people of India on all these questions. Do they really want to save and see this country as a prospering nation or time is running out when this country is at the verge of collapse not due to the external forces but due to these internal forces which is looting this country and people of this country to extreme.

The crux of Reliance Industry story

12th Feb'2014: With the roar of Delhi Cheif Minister on the ill, dishonest and corrupt practices followed by Reliance Industry, all the political parties, most of the media houses gets disrupted and many heads start rolling (both the Government in power and party in opposition). Reliance which is known for it's corrupt practices for many decades finally was challenged by any honest official at the power - Mr. Arvind Kejriwal. Finally someone is raising his voice for the welfare of the people of country.

Arvind who represents Aam Aadmi Party (AAP); one of the senior leader of the party said:  Interesting to see after the announcement, how different media channels cover Delhi government action on Reliance Gas Scam. It would be the trial of independence of media. Hope media will passes this test.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has said criminal cases will be filed against billionaire Mukesh Ambani, Union Oil Minister Veerappa Moily and other policy-makers for colluding to inflate the prices of gas.

The union government in December said that from April 1, Reliance can double the prices of gas that it produces from the D6 block off the Eastern Coast. Mr Kejriwal wants the Prime Minister to suspend that hike pending an enquiry.

The chief minister said that the alleged swindle will unfairly push up gas prices in the capital, which is why his government is intervening in a deal struck between the Centre and Reliance.

Here is the crux of Reliance Industry story...

Say you have a water well at your backyard and you hire a contractor to pump the water out of it and there is a broker in between. Contractor agree that they will charge 10 paisa on every 100 Litres (as it was long term contract so this was the price negotiated). After few years (not even completed 20% of the contract duration), contractor came back and said increase the price. Broker involved said 'NO'. He bribed the broker but broker said we are not alone, there is broker association as well. So, this contractor bribe all. Hence, broker agreed to increase the price. This again happen after another couple of years and again broker agreed thereby filling in their pockets. Now, after another couple of years, this contractor says, I will charge as per the International price of the water and again broker agreed to revise the price.

In above example, Reliance is the Contractor, Broker is the Congress (UPA) and the other broker association is main opposition political party Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and various other political parties. The person who is seeking service is "People of India" (owner of water well).

So here is the question....it's your water well, you hire a contractor to take out the water from that well and contractor is now asking you to pay international water price charges for taking out water from that well. What do you think...?
